Mr. Kelso was responsible for all IT projects and applications within those businesses, managing a team of over 400 employees and contractors on a global basis. Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was a Director and Head of Investments Technology at Merrill Lynch Investment Management for five years. Mr. Kelso served as Vice President In Technology for Bankers Trust Company's Asset Management Division. He began his career as a computer engineer at Northern Telecom. Mr. Kelso received a Master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois.
