Teresa Lynne White — President of Aflac US at Aflac

Ms. Teresa Lynne White has been President of Aflac U.S. at AFLAC Inc since 2014. She serves as President of Aflac U.S at American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus, Inc. She serves as a Director of Sales Support and Administration and Senior Vice President at American Family Life Assurance Company of New York. She served as Chief Service Officer of Aflac from 2012 to 2013. She served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus, Inc. since March, 2008. She served as the Chief Human Resources and Training Officer at Capital Bank. Her responsibilities included organizational development, compensation, performance management and employee relations. She joined Capital Bank early in 2006. Previously, She served as Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of AFLAC Inc., from March 2007 to March 2008 and as its Director of Sales Support & Administration and Senior Vice President from October 2004 to March 2008. Ms. White was responsible for field Force Development, Product Development, Strategic Services, Sales Technology, Sales Administration and Market and Account Development at AFLAC. At AFLAC, she served as Senior Vice President of Sales Support and Administration from October 2004 to March 2007. She joined Aflac in July 1998 as a Second Vice President of Policy/Payroll Account Services and served as Vice President of its Client Services Division from July 2000 to October 2004. In her 20-year career, she has successfully managed human resources development for a number of different organizations. She serves as a Director at Communicorp, Inc. She serves as a Director of South Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church and NeighborWorks. She serves on various boards for the Chattahoochee Valley United Way. She is alumna of Leadership Columbus and Fellow of the Life Management Institute. Ms. White holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and Master's Degree in Management from Troy State University.
