I interviewed a very long time ago (8+ years) so it's not fresh, but i remember being treated very warmly but professionally.
I was able to meet several people
Train the staff on how to interview. Train company values, use well-researched best practices, include more practical problem solving off-site in a more realistic format for more accurate evaluation
We get to hear a lot of customer feedback, and hearing in their own words from parents who describe in detail how ABCmouse, or Adventure Academy, or My Math Academy has made a difference for their child -- often BOTH academically and socially (confidence, curiosity, self-esteem) -- is very rewarding
