These are all people I trust: smart, competent, caring, driven--no politics.

Reliable, passionate, hard working but work-life balance is important to everyone, open to hearing new ideas and perspectives.

We became very effective at working together remotely (via Zoom) over the past year and 5 months.

Diverse, talented, motivated, enthusiastic, supportive.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Meetings should be more focused. Many are scheduled without a clear agenda and nothing gets resolved.
