Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For the past 3_4 years agero has left many feeling like chopped liver. We adapt to so much on a daily basis. The company is so quick to always point out where we're lacking even to no fault to us as we have no direction other than Jon resources. They have not provided any raises in the last 3 years.

I am a woman and dont make nearly what my male counterparts do even though i have more experience
