We were bought out by Agiliti. They have a bloated managment team. Constant reshuffle of people in positions. Every email has half a dozen people youve never heard of involved. No forward progress on anything. No one following up on anything yet everyone trying to position themselves to claim a sale
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After buy out they created an elaborate pay/rewards structure based on random growth projections by lord knows who. All stick no carrot. They made a massive bloated mid management team and theres been zero sales in the division. I guess our pay got cut to support that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The ceo during his last call show stated theres alot of people unhappy with comp and pay structure. But its not his company so he cant do anything about it. So there you go, improvment? I guess at the end of the day a little empathy would be a start.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dont really know who is in charge of who. Theres always a nee bubble chart coming out with another reorg. Last division head did a one hour zoom show and was then replace 4 days later. Most promotions in managemnet team appear to be this person got it because no body wanted it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our small team in our divison is completely removed from the rest of the organization. Thats the biggest plus. We just keep doing what we are doing with no contact from the rest of the company. Sales execs are selling many divisions at once. No focus on our product. No follow up on anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Best part of the company culture is they dont interact with us. The entire company is a mashed up bunch of recent buy outs. All done on money borrowed from the equity of the last buy out. General feeling in our division is we will be sold off the minute Agiliti starts to struggle.
