What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realistic expectations and workplace productivity
Agilit is to top heavy with worthless people. Get rid of half of them and stop wasting money on worthless endeavors.

Compensation, Communication, Trust would be places to start.
Making themselves known...almost one year in to this merge and I've never met or spoken to any leadership above my manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid competitively for my market and appreciate the performance based bonus structure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Less responsibilities or more pay for current responsibilities.
Better quality benefits.... as well as bonuses..which were also removed from our compensation package after the merge
Just some support and acknowledgement of a good job.
After buy out they created an elaborate pay/rewards structure based on random growth projections by lord knows who. All stick no carrot. They made a massive bloated mid management team and theres been zero sales in the division. I guess our pay got cut to support that.
Compared to others the pay is not fair
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly driven and consistently strives to deliver their best work. What really sets them apart is their positive energy and camaraderie they make even the busiest days enjoyable. It's a group that balances high performance with a great sense of humor

Immediate coworkers are fine. I don't have any problems with any of my teammates. We are all grossly underpaid.
The team consists of good people who do excellent work and strive for perfection in everything they do.

Knowledge, attitude, work ethics, Intelligence, caring about the customer.
Apathetic salesforce. UHS rebranded. Terrible products and service.

Agiliti fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. People genuinely care about doing meaningful work and supporting each other, which creates a positive and energizing environment.

occasionally, i get to learn from a really great teacher
Best part of the company culture is they dont interact with us. The entire company is a mashed up bunch of recent buy outs. All done on money borrowed from the equity of the last buy out. General feeling in our division is we will be sold off the minute Agiliti starts to struggle.

Hire people who actually care and are capable of doing the job.
Treat employees with respect and dignity. Stop stealing from your own.

It was transparent and quick. I always knew where I stood in the process and did not have to wait weeks for feedback.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of the mismanagement. Hire better people. Pay those who excel.
Hire competent leadership and listen to the employees who do the actual work and know what they need to succeed in their work
The ceo during his last call show stated theres alot of people unhappy with comp and pay structure. But its not his company so he cant do anything about it. So there you go, improvment? I guess at the end of the day a little empathy would be a start.
