Knowledge, attitude, work ethics, Intelligence, caring about the customer.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hire people who actually care and are capable of doing the job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Get rid of the mismanagement. Hire better people. Pay those who excel.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Agilit is to top heavy with worthless people. Get rid of half of them and stop wasting money on worthless endeavors.

Been with company over a decade. Was heading in the right direction, but recent changes in business structure will criple the goal of being "Agile"
