What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Realistic expectations and workplace productivity
Agilit is to top heavy with worthless people. Get rid of half of them and stop wasting money on worthless endeavors.
Compensation, Communication, Trust would be places to start.
Making themselves known...almost one year in to this merge and I've never met or spoken to any leadership above my manager.
They need to start being honest and actually caring about the patients they serve. Would help if they gave a shit about their own employees, stop stelaing from your employees!!!
Run far and fast from this company while you have a chance.
Dont really know who is in charge of who. Theres always a nee bubble chart coming out with another reorg. Last division head did a one hour zoom show and was then replace 4 days later. Most promotions in managemnet team appear to be this person got it because no body wanted it.
