Mission-driven, endlessly curious, thoughtful and thought-filled C-level

Everything, including hires and being more considerate toward any employees
Lack of proper management; should consider focusing evenly on all teams

The entire package is amazing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PTOs at the finest, but the rest of benefits are just expensive. I would recommend cheaper alternatives.
Undervalued because of seniority, and because of huge change of management; too much fluctuation in management and lay offs

The people at AiCure are among the brightest and collaborative
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be constructive and show sympathy. Learn from other people's experience if you are not in their team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Literally everyone is mission-driven and has aligned their talent around our purpose
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A mixture of hybrid and not particularly remote people
Management, HR, office politics, industry behavior
What did you like most about the interview process?
All interviews were nicely structured and an exchange of ideas - a conversation!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Many things, including management and operational process
Ask more quality questions and show greater consideration of potentials and skills
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment is absolutely electric and has all the aspects of a Silicon Valley tech company matched with the purpose of helping patients in clinical trials
AiCure's mission is inspiring as we are in both clinical research and population health.
