How's the vacation policy at AIDS Healthcare Foundation?
We have a great vacation policy. The number of days off is competitive with other employers.
Excellent PTO policy. Between vacation and personal days (they go into the same bank) you get 3 weeks in the first two years and 4 weeks after that. Also sick time is separate and you accrue 9 days per year. One of the best I've seen

It was very enlightening, I learned about the culture of the place, I liked the people who interviewed me, their questions were never personal or about subjects that are not allowed like age, children, etc
