Aimbridge is working with industry leaders to design and execute a 3-year comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) plan focused on key metrics and areas of impact with measurable goals that address issues that are meaningful to our business, associates, guests, partners, and communities. This plan will roll out in 2023.
We are committed to achieving sustainability through water conservation, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing, which is aligned with our 3-year ESG strategy and sustainability goals. These principles will be a valuable resource for hotels across the country as we work to build a more sustainable future for the communities in which we live, work, and operate.
Aimbridge partners with some of the nation’s most trusted charities, especially those that help strengthen the health and safety of our communities. These include: Nomi Network - focuses on ending human trafficking by creating pathways to safe employment, and empowering women and girls to break cycles of slavery in their families and communities. Texas Women’s Foundation - a leading driver of meaningful social and economic change for women, girls, and families in Texas. Leveraging research, advocacy, innovative programs, solutions, and grantmaking to further the mission. Working to achieve a vision of an equitable society where women and girls are full participants. American Heart Association - to be a relentless force for a world of longer, healthier lives.
