Constructive Feedback From AIR Worldwide Employees

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is too reactive. No clear strategy. Completely divorced from the capabilities of the workforce they have and unwilling to invest in the workforce they need.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They lied about my bonus. When I joined they said they would match my previous bonus and compensation. They didn’t. When you factor in commuting costs, I make 10k less than I did previously.
