What is the best part about your compensation package?Salary is high compared to others
What are some of the best things about your team?Very interactive and fun team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Very friendly and cooperative and really fun at work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management is too reactive. No clear strategy. Completely divorced from the capabilities of the workforce they have and unwilling to invest in the workforce they need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They lied about my bonus. When I joined they said they would match my previous bonus and compensation. They didn’t. When you factor in commuting costs, I make 10k less than I did previously.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Design team is good. Environment is terrible for UX design.
