What does the leadership team need to get better at?Pay production "team members" more!!!!! They say we are employee owned but we have no say in anything. We work with tools held together with masking tape..but yet we gave new bathroom sinks?! What is the pay scale for employees...from the lowest to highest paid?. Theres no transprency
