More independence over our work culture and dependence on temporary workers. We need the ability to hire full time workers to create succession.
Everyone has the best intentions. We are understaffed and overworked. We need to change how we approach services within company and convince Europe we need independence from their headcount restrictions. We will fail to innovate without it.
It’s fair compared to the market. The pay philosophy is not so Airbus will not get the type of worker they seek without changing the philosophy. Europe has too much influence over HR and headcount. Airbus Americas should be given more leeway in how the operation is run.
