I work at Airbus Aerospace in Augsburg. Since i been here now for 2 years i only have good experiences when i think about the company. Friendly and welcoming colleagues with modern tools.

No, I am currently a contractor, so no benefits
Workload has increased but pay has not. Paying based on experience is not enough. It doesn't mean that a person with more experience is as productive
a nice 2x in top of my current CTC
What are some of the best things about your team?
Difficulties arise in all environments. This one, they are resolved and the team works on being a good and effective team quickly. No one is left in the dark or left out even if they are annoying (Trust me, we have them here too) and we give each person a say on topics. Everyone is heard!
They are a trans national team with many interesting ideas.
Everyone has the goal of pushing planes out the door to our customers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone has the best intentions. We are understaffed and overworked. We need to change how we approach services within company and convince Europe we need independence from their headcount restrictions. We will fail to innovate without it.

The relaxed approach to working hours, and the trust based system of employment and time management

Sharing our different cultures. I work with people from 7 different countries and we all work really well together!

The opportunity to network with like-minded individuals, and the group project segment of the interview
The interview process is great but getting to that point is very difficult. Potential employees sometimes need to apply a minimum of 4 times before getting to the interview process

More independence over our work culture and dependence on temporary workers. We need the ability to hire full time workers to create succession.
