Difficulties arise in all environments. This one, they are resolved and the team works on being a good and effective team quickly. No one is left in the dark or left out even if they are annoying (Trust me, we have them here too) and we give each person a say on topics. Everyone is heard!

The interview process is great but getting to that point is very difficult. Potential employees sometimes need to apply a minimum of 4 times before getting to the interview process
