I have loved my company passionately, and I think we have done very well by each other. My main issues are that my primary project is being poorly managed, and that the entire industry domain we are in does not excite me at all.

Transparency and at least perceived honesty; accessibility, good guidance and vision.
What makes you most happy at work?
Contributing to projects outside my main product, which is a many-headed cluster of overly fast-moving disorganization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many of them are passionate and talented professionals, also just basically good, balanced people. For the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Generally I do feel valued and compensated appropriately, but I wish the equity for employees was a little higher.
