Ridiculously overburdened with way too many reports. There is not even a pretense that executives are paying attention. Total chaos.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide proper training... please update Akamai University content
There is very little leading from the leadership team. Corporate strategy and mission do not translate in a concrete way to work tasks. Honest appraisal is lacking, all communications from leadership are relentlessly optimistic. Nothing ever goes wrong per those at the top.
