- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Due to the entire organizational structure and hierarchy changing quite literally 3 or more times a year as the numerous unannounced mini-layoffs create extreme vacancies, many of your associates look for ways to "make themselves look good" which translates to completely unproductive attention grabs
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A more competitive base salary compared to other companies within the sector
