People come first - be it, colleagues or customers. Product and business goals are important, but people are always the priority.

The process moved very quickly once it was underway and it felt like I was already working in a blink of an eye.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management team is very thoughtful in everything they do. The leadership team is deeply experienced and puts the need of the company and of the team ahead of their own egos. I also like that there's gender balance and diversity in our leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What I love most is that we have each other's back - everyone will jump in to help where it's needed without hesitation and I trust my team implicitly. No one is going to throw me under the bus - we own our mistakes together and seek to learn from them and share and celebrate our wins as a team.
