What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is empowered to manage their work and get stuff done without micro-management, with career growth potential due to our rapid growth (headcount and revenue) we are all encouraged to grow our respective functions and take on more responsibility.
Inclusivity and eagerness from the team to see one succeed
They have a great push for work/life balance and great collaboration.

How much they CARE about culture. It's a focal point. They're constantly trying to improve.
