What is the best part about your compensation package?

Free Medical (even family coverage), Unlimited PTO, HSA and FSA employer contributions, Fun Fridays, Team event in Las Vegas, Equity that has 3x to 4x after each round of funding

Opportunities for incentives throughout the year

The medical coverage is great and they cover quite a bit of the expense.

The potential for the upside and market cap increase (potential)

They offer a competitive salary.

It is good but equity is always a speculation in early/mid stage startups.

It's put together fairly and they're constantly looking at new benefits or ways to be better (like adding a more generous parental leave policy).

Paid well and top notch medical, dental, vision, FSA, Life, etc...

Cash salaries are competitive for such an early-stage company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Not given any opportunities to learn and grow to develop my skillset and knowledge. No discussion about growth to further my career.

We all need a raise. Some people have been here 18 to 24 months, with no increases.
