Transparent and Present and always willing to give you time when then can. Very warm and genuine peopel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusivity, the closeness even though we are hybrid/remote for the most part, and everyone is highly valued.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They really took the time to explain the company mission and show me how passionate they are about it. it was a 2 way conversation - not just me trying to sell my skillset - they already recognized it through a pretty hard vetting process, so they knew and I knew it was a fit by the end!
