Mr. Michael A. Parker President of Alcoa Refining at Alcoa of Australia Limited since October 22, 2015. Mr. Parker has been Vice President of Alcoa Corporation since November 1, 2016. He has been Chairman and Managing Director Alcoa of Australia Limited since July 16, 2015. He served as Director of Business Development & Marketing at Alcoa of Australia Limited (formerly, Alcoa World Alumina Australia) since January 2010 until October 22, 2015. Mr. Parker was responsible for the sales, marketing, transportation, energy procurement and business development activities for Alcoa of Australia's Australian refining and smelting system. He spent three years in Knoxville, Tennessee as Vice President of Alcoa Materials Management. In this position, he was responsible for the management of the commercial activates of Alcoa's North American aluminum business including price risk management and transportation. He joined Alcoa in 1994 and served various commercial positions in Australia and the United States, with particular focus on primary and secondary aluminum, alumina, can sheet and risk management. Prior to Alcoa, he served for BHP Minerals in Australia. He serves as a Director at DBNGP (WA) Transmission Pty Ltd. He has been a Director of Dampier Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline Trust (DBP) since February 2010. He has been a Director at Alcoa of Australia Limited since October 22, 2015. He is Vice President of the Australian Aluminium Council, Director of Alcoa Corporation Foundation and Executive Sponsor for the Alcoa Women's Network. He served as Director of the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline and Director of the Trustee Board for the Alcoa of Australia Retirement Plan. Mr. Parker earned a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics from Griffith University, Queensland, Australia in 1991. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Griffith University, Queensland.
