HR issues were fairly poor a few years ago and have gotten exponentially worse. We have had new hires show up for orientation and no one expected them or met them, so they backed out. We've had other people sign hiring papers and be told they would start on a certain day and then be called back and told there was no opening. I'd run if that were me.
