The retirement; however, new employees no longer get the same great benefits.

Watching my direct reports push through terrible planning and ineffective senior leadership and still accomplish amazing things every day.

Bring in some leaders from other companies/industries at every level to bring some new ideas and shift the culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Very finite short term goal oriented. Does not take a long view on how to actually improve people and processes.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More time, multiple interviews, and some training for the managers doing the interviews. We hire the wrong person more often than the right person. The ability to balance short terms needs and long term success is very lacking.
