I know what I'm doing and the customers and Alcon both acknowledge that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They really are a TEAM, not just a buzzword. We like each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They don't fire people for petty causes. My first surgical company did and it put everyone on edge.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were 3 meetings before a decision. It showed me that they are customer focused and wanted the best for their customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am in Canada. It would be nice to have the same benefits as our USA counterparts. Our medical benefits need upgrading too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked for Alcon Surgical (sales) for 15+ years. The Alcon Senior leadership team is communicative, progressive and competent. The current employee mood is optimistic and energized for the future. There is not even a hint of discrimination or injustice for employees regardless of demographic
