Don't really know them, little interaction
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do some work not only sit in the office for 8 hrs and doing nothing and expediting SA to do everything and they get bonuses and juicy pay rises and we get gift card for Xmas worth £3

Little managerial interaction, poor communication, dismissive, mercurial management style
What are some of the best things about your team?
Despite unclear and often inconstant direction from management the team pulls together and supports each other to complete tasks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Speak English learn our culture before taking the job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Break and going home plus pay day
