What did you like most about the interview process?I was recruited, so not much of an interview.
What makes you most happy at work?Doing my job well, regardless of the failures of upper management and executives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? There are some employees that put their heart and soul into their work, and they make every effort to keep morale up.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? They need to respect the policies of department managers. Upper management needs to let department managers do their jobs, quit interfering and actually support them.
