I've never felt the need to raise compensation with my boss because the company is quick to reward strong performance and is constantly seeking out feedback on how to improve our benefits and rewards programs.

Its hard to feel valued with this company's culture

Not given enough autonomy to make decisions without consulting leadership and multiple other teams. A company policy that defines regularly scheduled employee reviews and estimated raise structure would go a long way to making people feel secure in their position. Quitting for a raise is a reality.

Our team works hard but also finds time to be human and connect on a personal level. I've very rarely encountered anyone with an ego, which makes collaboration easy and helps everyone talk openly about what's working and what's not.
