What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is transparent, direct, and honest about how the company is doing and what our priorities are at any given time. They work hard to make sure departments are aligned and quickly work through any issues as they arise.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, diversity, honesty, and integrity.
They should stop engaging in excessive positive reinforcement and only offer public praise when someone truly does something above and beyond. It eventually leads to complacency, lack of self-motivation, and reinforces behaviors managers desire rather than behaviors that develop the employee overall
