What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is transparent, direct, and honest about how the company is doing and what our priorities are at any given time. They work hard to make sure departments are aligned and quickly work through any issues as they arise.

The leadership team at AlertMedia cares about every employee. There are no egos. From the day you step in the door, you're treated with respect and welcomed like you've been part of the team forever.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've never felt the need to raise compensation with my boss because the company is quick to reward strong performance and is constantly seeking out feedback on how to improve our benefits and rewards programs.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works hard but also finds time to be human and connect on a personal level. I've very rarely encountered anyone with an ego, which makes collaboration easy and helps everyone talk openly about what's working and what's not.

Our company culture is something you feel every day. It's a priority that you learn to protect once you join the team. For the right type of person, there is simply no better work environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process, I enjoyed getting to speak with with people at various levels of the organization. Every person was earnest and respectful and gave me a good sense for what it would be like to work there.
