Just throw the whole company away! (Cleveland location will drag the entire company down as a whole)
What did you like most about the interview process?
People put on a song and dance to package the company up until you are a few months in and things start to unfold.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not all of my coworkers are bad people. Majority of the employees including management are not friendly people. They will walk by you, look you in the eyes and roll their eyes or look down.
