Lynn S. Pendergrass — Managing Director of the Americas Region and Vice President of the Americas Region at Align Technology

Ms. Lynn S. Pendergrass has been Managing Director of the Americas Region and Vice President of the Americas Region at Align Technology, Inc. since February 27, 2017. Ms. Pendergrass served as the President of Hardlines at Sears Holdings Corporation from August 2015 to February 25, 2016, where she led strategy and execution for its major appliances, tools and lawn and garden businesses, with primary focus on the Kenmore, Craftsman and Diehard brands. Ms. Pendergrass served as the Worldwide Chairman of Consumer at Johnson & Johnson. She served as Senior Executive at Johnson & Johnson and Hewlett-Packard. She served as an Acting Chief Communications Officer of HP Inc. (Hewlett-Packard Company) since September 7, 2011. She served as Senior Vice President of Americas Region for Printing & Personal Systems and Imaging & Print at Hewlett-Packard Company since October 20, 2008. She was responsible for maximizing Hewlett-Packard's profit and revenue growth in the Americas region, extending its market leadership position, driving HP's company-wide consumer go-to-market activities and ensuring a superior customer experience. She oversaw all IPG sales as well as its operational supply chain, marketing, consumer support and category management activities. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Americas and President of Americas of GE Consumer & Industrial since November 2005 and was directly responsible for all commercial related activities for appliances, lighting and industrial products throughout North America and profit and loss responsibilities including manufacturing and technology for all activities within the Americas. Ms. Pendergrass has over 20 years' experience running global organizations across a range of industries including consumer, technology, industrial and pharmaceutical. Ms. Pendergrass also spent 22 years at General Electric where she rose through the ranks in various operating and commercial roles and ultimately held several executive management positions in sales and marketing for its Consumer & Industrial division. She was with GE for 19 years, beginning her career in sourcing and engineering roles and spending the majority of her career in sales, product and brand management. She served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management of GE and was responsible for integrating marketing efforts on all of Consumer & Industrial's key commercial processes including product launches, product competitiveness and driving product line profitability. Ms. Pendergrass earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville and then earned her M.S. degree also from the University of Louisville.
