Process, planning, goal setting, org structure
stop micromanagement, and differentiation betwwen customers
Actually, provide you with constructive criticism in order to improve your performance if they do not feel you are doing well. Also, if they actually ask why a TM thinks the territory is going down, do not take it as that TM is negative. We are only trying to provide more insight for help.
Embracing current technology, methodologies and tools. It's about 20 years behind in software development processes and best practices.

Complicated question to answer publicly
For the responsibilities in work ethic I have I believe and my team believes I should be doing some thing more than I am now to make the money I deserve; it's not that my boss doesn't think I deserve to make more I know it's just I'm already a very high paid assistant.
Compensation could be much better
Stocks and benefits are light. Company perks are non-existent.

They are fun and not only about work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most people have no concept of how to use collaboration technology. Meetings have too many people and last too long, everyone sends attachments, only one team leverages wiki/intranet/sharepoint, and only marginally at that.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there is nothing that can not be fixed!
Diversity and Inclusion as a whole is a central focus as we hire employees.
I don't want to repeat myself, but for me the most painful and unjust is that I must quit the job as of 1 February only because I cannot come back to Wroclaw. For the previous 1,5 years I could work from home and now I cannot. Because of the HR policy.
To be happy for the achievements of every one as a team, not matter what country you are

What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't extensive. The interview journey was normal.
I do not really understand that you hire and train me and then without any obvious reason, except for the location, you force me to leave.
Thay were really carefull and meticulous in all the details

I liked that I met team members who we going to be my co-workers. It made me feel that the leadership respected their opinions and also allowed us to see if we fit good together as a team. Teamwork is important and so is having leadership that values your opinion.

Shorten the process and limit the number of interviews

job describtions, expectances are not clear. software tools are not good or fast enough for marketing campaigns, advantage programs etc.
