My team is amazing. We all work well together and communicate via all platforms. We have weekly meetings, but also understand the busy season. We do our best to not have meetings that could have been an e-mail lol.

We all have different styles and unique talents in certain areas that seem to be very compatible with each other. This is significant in constructive criticism and creativity.

They are friendly, we are like minded and we work well together. We bounce ideas of of each other and we take suggestions very well.

Most people have no concept of how to use collaboration technology. Meetings have too many people and last too long, everyone sends attachments, only one team leverages wiki/intranet/sharepoint, and only marginally at that.
