For the responsibilities in work ethic I have I believe and my team believes I should be doing some thing more than I am now to make the money I deserve; it's not that my boss doesn't think I deserve to make more I know it's just I'm already a very high paid assistant.
Compensation could be much better
Stocks and benefits are light. Company perks are non-existent.

Most people have no concept of how to use collaboration technology. Meetings have too many people and last too long, everyone sends attachments, only one team leverages wiki/intranet/sharepoint, and only marginally at that.
