Process, planning, goal setting, org structure
stop micromanagement, and differentiation betwwen customers
Actually, provide you with constructive criticism in order to improve your performance if they do not feel you are doing well. Also, if they actually ask why a TM thinks the territory is going down, do not take it as that TM is negative. We are only trying to provide more insight for help.
Embracing current technology, methodologies and tools. It's about 20 years behind in software development processes and best practices.

Complicated question to answer publicly
For the responsibilities in work ethic I have I believe and my team believes I should be doing some thing more than I am now to make the money I deserve; it's not that my boss doesn't think I deserve to make more I know it's just I'm already a very high paid assistant.
Compensation could be much better
Stocks and benefits are light. Company perks are non-existent.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most people have no concept of how to use collaboration technology. Meetings have too many people and last too long, everyone sends attachments, only one team leverages wiki/intranet/sharepoint, and only marginally at that.

Shorten the process and limit the number of interviews

job describtions, expectances are not clear. software tools are not good or fast enough for marketing campaigns, advantage programs etc.
