The best part of our compensation package is the room for growth. In my role, I do have commission involved, so I can control my desk and in turn control some of the money I am earning which is an incredible feature to my role.
The benefits are the best, the 401k is insane, and the commission opportunities are endless
Bonuses are part of the compensation package at ALKU. They're tied to individual goals which is great.

I like that bonuses are always paid in December so you receive payout in the same calendar year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses being apart of your salary. I would rather have a larger base salary and no bonuses.
I would like more opportunity to make bonuses and get larger salary increases when it is felt it has been earned.

All the entry level positions are very low pay to start out. There is a big pay gap between salespeople and non salespeople.
