What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager doesn't know her job-I had to show her how to add a default printer to her computer. SMH. She's either very underqualified for her position or she just doesn't care about her job.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k because we all hope to retire
Strong bade salary the 30 percent of that is your potenitla bonus.

it's comprehensive and the cost is reasonable.
I do like the insurance part of the compensation package. I also appreciate the free water and coffee.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They promote growth and possibility
Flexible. You choose where you want to work.
Most of the employees are about 15-20 years younger than me. So we like to tease each other about our ages.

We are allowed to fail fast and learn from our mistakes. It's a very open and learning environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Giving the applicant an opportunity to participate in the work
Fast paced. Not too many steps or rounds.
It was very informal. We mostly talked about our kids and not about this position.
