Mr. Wayne R. Swanton has been an Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Allergan plc since December 18, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President of Global Operations. Mr. Swanton focus is developing organizational talent, robust global processes while optimizing a network of nearly 40 manufacturing sites. He join Allergan's Executive Leadership Team and maintain responsibility for Global Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Pharmaceutical Technology, Operational Excellence, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety and Security. He has led our global operations team during a period of rapid change, including the acquisition of Forest Labs and Allergan, as well as the divestiture of our global generics business He has 25 years of experience within healthcare, with roles within finance, manufacturing and supply chain, in UK, US and Puerto Rico. Mr. Swanton serves as Member of Pharmaceutical Advisory Board of SCM World Limited.
