What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that you got to meet everyone before you got hired. Plus, it wasn't all about business, they wanted to know who they are hiring.
What makes you most happy at work?My Team, they are so hard working and talented. It's a honor to work along side them and help them grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We have many ways to reach out to each other, as i am sure other companies do too. As a globally company, if email is not work we can reach out by Teams Chat or pick up the phone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management should talk yo ground level employee more often & figure that out
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Fair, encouraging,sensitive and more appreciative towards employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Manager should figure that. We are not getting paid to work on coworkers skillset.
