Horrible leadership and management from the top down. Never worked for a company this mismanaged/ don’t care about their people who make them money. Any monetary incentive there was was taken away because stylists were making more than managemen

They are supportive of each other because we know we won’t get that from corporate leadershi
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Corporate leadership only cares about themselves and not paying the ones making money for them livable wages.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Invest in your people as far as actual training and developing them for the next level. Would probably help bring down your employee turnover rate.
