The company means well and is well intentioned but the senior team micro manage and think they have sll the answers

Horrible leadership and management from the top down. Never worked for a company this mismanaged/ don’t care about their people who make them money. Any monetary incentive there was was taken away because stylists were making more than managemen

I’m relatively happy with my experience, my management, working with the clients, and the quality of the brand, but the pay and benefits could be a lot bet
