I enjoy the daily interaction with customers and making them feel like their best selves.

I feel if we were paid more hourly we would be more motivated to work harder and meet our daily goals
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that the team works well together in trying to implement new and better ways to make the store run more efficiently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get together to communicate what is working best for us as a team and how we can help reach our goals together. Communication is great, and if everyone is willing to learn then things work out well
