There is a support group for everything and anything. Ally is very strong about training to be aware of others and how we may offend someone without even knowing it. I'm a huge fan of Ally being one of the largest sponsors of Nascar. Ally is very generous with sponsorships.
The team has a shared vision to dominate in the market place, the vision on how to and the ability to do.
They do make an attempt to be inclusive of women and people of color in their promotion practices.

We are all spread all over the place, they all seem nice and genuine, some are more timid some are more outgoing but everyone is welcoming and not intimidating. They were very generous with their training and info they shared during my first weeks
