Diversity is not apparent across the organization. While some department really live Ally's core values of diversity, operations does not. There are now women in leadership roles in the operations department even though a large portion of the call center is female.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hr not responsive until months later
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sexism, ageism, does not care about mental health, unresponsive HR.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The SR Operations Director will only hire men Ever single director and manager on his team is a man.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They spend more time focusing on bringing us back into office when they know we don't want to come back than they do actually making a healthy workplace. We want to stay remote. We don't want to go back to environments with constant microagressions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All of the Weaverville and Jacksonville operations leadership is men as they only promote men in the small call center offices. Women are objectified, ignored, dismissed, and not paid as well. HR is disrespectful and non responsive. I have been trying to reach someone in HR for weeks and they ignore
