The ability to WFH especially during these difficult times.

Receiving a decent bonus as well as a fair salary.

It was fast, they moved to an offer within days of the interview. It was great.

Ability to run with my workload without being micromanaged. Very trusting environment which is not easy to find.

Being able to make a difference in the company. Run with exciting projects and see them through as a team. It's truly rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This has been the best company I've worked for who genuinely tries to do what is best for their employees. It's amazing the amount they've given to all employees during COVID, how quickly they reacted and how well they've communicated. I'm proud to work for Ally!
