Jeff Black has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2017. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in financial and operations management to Alphatec Spine. Jeff was previously the CFO at Applied Proteomics, a non-invasive diagnostics company. In the past, he served as CFO at AltheaDx and Verenium Corporation (formerly Diversa Corporation). Over the course of his professional career, he has been in financial leadership roles while raising more than $500 million in strategic equity, and debt-financing transactions.
