What do you like best about the leadership team?
Dont know them yet. Hopefully i get to actually meet them
He was understanding and informed me on what needed to he accomplished
The door is always open to our leadership team. If a problem needs solving or a solution offered, they listen and very often act swiftly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micromanaging the team and start being helpful
Being respectful and not undermining others.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I got paid the same wage as the other R&D engineers and different companies

Personable and fun to he around also always are there to help
Cohesive goals with adequate support to accomplish the demands of the role.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need to work better as a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are nice but the upper managment doesn't care
There is a culture of Kindness and teamwork. Its very cohesive!
Literally being able to go home...sometimes
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Literally make well-being a higher priority or at least respect the employees
Work hours need to go down and need better planning
Stop overworking everyone or taking advantage of power
Remove anything that's toxic, basically everything
What did you like most about the interview process?
I oike how thurough the interview was. I got to speak to many people which gave me a wider view of the company and they were very kind.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
That they get back to in you in a timely manner instead of keeping you waiting
Interview asks too many unnecessary questions and takes too long
Remove unnecessary micromanagement and speed up process
Don't interupt or belittle the interviewe
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fact that i make enough to love paycheck to paycheck with an entry level job. What an amazing opportunity to not accumulate debt in order to sustain a modest living
The work I was doing was fulfilling

Remove micromanagement and be truthful and respectful
Service and products are bad, worth ethics is terrible
