Treating employees as humans rather than assets on a production line. Aligning skills, experience, responsibility and effort with pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No stocks offered to low level employees and very low pay offered. As a scientist I was paid no more than a fast food worker.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
With high staff turn over and low pay the kinds of employees that stay around have thick skins and put up with a lot or they have fallen for the carrot at the end of the stick.
